Clinical eyes on the room.
A chiropractor with 21 years in practice and an occupational therapist teach here, alongside instructors who came to Pilates through their own recovery. Classes of five or ten, and private sessions built around you, in English or Mandarin.
Why the reformer suits recovery
A reformer uses springs to support and assist as much as to resist, which makes it one of the most adaptable ways to build strength.
Low impact, controlled
Controlled movement with close attention to posture and alignment, on a carriage that supports you.
Everything can be modified
Every exercise has an easier version. Private sessions are planned around you from the first minute.
Small enough to be seen
Classes of five or ten, so your instructor sees everything you do. Studio A, with five reformers, is the quieter, more focused room.
Prenatal and postnatal
Sessions with an occupational therapist on the team, and an instructor with continuing education in pre- and postnatal Pilates.
Who teaches it

Jonna Babeh

How to start
Check with your doctor
If you are under treatment, pregnant, or recovering from surgery or an injury, get clearance first and bring any guidance you have been given.
Pick the gentlest entry
A private session ($120, or $79 at the trainee rate) is planned entirely around you, and your first is $20 off when you call or text (831) 508-0018. If you prefer a class, Level 1 Foundation in Studio A has five reformers and costs $50; code ALOE10 takes $10 off your first class.
Tell your instructor
Before you start, say what hurts, what you are recovering from, or how far along you are. Every exercise can be modified, and the instructor will choose the version for you. Sessions are available in English or Mandarin.
